Please note that all stairs, sidewalks, breezeway  and laundry room will be painted on Saturday, March 14.  If you live on the top floor please either stay in all day or leave your condo by 8 a.m.  Laundry room will not be available during the entire day. First floor residents will not be able to use their front doors. The inconvenience for one day will support our efforts to improve the appearance of our homes. After painting no flower pots, or chairs should be on any sidewalks. This is a fire concern. Feel free to check with our local fire department.

In the fall we will be addressing the appearance of the back of our homes and parking spots.
